Insurance
Julie is an out-of-network provider. On request, she can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Tip: ask your insurer about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health" benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for services. Julie will provide one on request before you begin.
